On March 16, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-1800-000, PJM submitted for filing revisions to PJM Tariff, Schedule 12 – Appendix A, to incorporate cost responsibility assignments for baseline upgrades included in the recent update to the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan approved by the PJM Board of Managers on February 12, 2026. PJM requested an effective date of June 14, 2026, which is 90 days after the filing, to allow a 30-day comment period. This filing also included minor ministerial clean-up revisions to Tariff, Schedule 12-Appendix, section 10, and Tariff, Schedule 12-Appendix A, sections 2, 3, 8, 12, 17, 20, and 29. PJM requested that the ministerial clean-up changes be effective as of the dates specified in Attachment F to the filing.

On March 16, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-1780-000, PJM submitted on behalf FirstEnergy Service Company revised Attachments M-1 and M-2 to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. The revisions (1) add language to require Load Service Entities (LSEs) to participate in the resettlement process applicable to any adjustments made after the initial reconciliation; and (2) clarify that FirstEnergy will not determine hourly load obligations for the retail consumers of wholesale LSEs, unless expressly provided for in a separate agreement. FESC is requesting an effective date of May 16, 2026.

On March 16, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-1804-000, PJM submitted for filing a certificate of concurrence for the Cost Recovery and Funding Agreement (Agreement) between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO), Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), and PJM, in lieu of submitting the Agreement. MISO filed the Agreement as a Rate Schedule under its tariff in Docket No. ER26-1676-000, and ComEd filed the Agreement as a Rate Schedule under its tariff in Docket No. ER26-1683-000. PJM requested a June 1, 2026 effective date for the certificate of concurrence consistent with the June 1, 2026 effective date requested by MISO and ComEd.
