Meeting Attendance
Per the Consolidated Transmission Owners Agreement (CTOA), sec 8.4.4, all meetings of the Administrative Committee are limited to entities that are signatories to the PJM Operating Agreement and to personnel of PJM. Meetings of the Administrative Committee shall be closed to persons or entities other than personnel of PJM if, in the determination of the chair, doing so is required to comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Standards of Conduct for Transmission Providers, Critical Energy Infrastructure Information or the confidentiality provisions enumerated in the CTOA. Meetings shall also be closed to all persons or entities, other than personnel or representatives of the parties in order to preserve the attorney-client, attorney work product or other privileges of the parties or of the Administrative Committee.
