Critical Issue Fast Path - Minimum Offer Price Rule

On April 6, 2021, the PJM Board acted to initiate the Critical Issue Fast Path stakeholder process to address the Minimum Offer Price Rule and its future application in the capacity market.

A Board letter requesting stakeholders to partake in this process has been posted on the Board Communications page of pjm.com.
