Transmission & Substation Subcommittee

The Transmission and Substation Subcommittee (TSS) serves as a technical advisory committee regarding the design, installation and maintenance of all PJM bulk power facilities. To have TSS evaluate a substation or transmission line equipment issue, please bring your topic to the Planning Committee. The TSS reports to the Planning Committee (PC).
