This issue concerns how the MC Annual Plan is developed and the process by which items are proposed for inclusion in that plan. A proposal to improve MC Annual Plan (AP) development will be brought with these objectives in mind: Make the AP more robust by providing additional information and periodic updates to Members to keep the AP current and relevant as business priorities and regulatory requirements change during the year; Better engage members in the development and upkeep of the AP so that members and PJM staff have a deeper understanding of the initiatives included in the plan and associated impacts; Provide greater linkage of the AP with PJM’s budget and corporate goals.
