Visiting PJM
PJM is headquartered in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to find us. We have provided instructions on getting here from common destinations PDF, as well as a convenient summary of relevant transportation information, hotel accommodations and dining options.
Upon Arrival
You will check in at the PJM security desk and will be required to show a valid government-issued ID.
Visitation Request
PJM reviews requests received for individual or group visits. Each request is assessed and evaluated prior to approval. Please send an email to custsvc@pjm.com to submit a request for a visit, upon which an assessment may take place. Not all visit requests will be approved or accommodated. In some instances a “virtual only” visit may be offered as an alternative. Please note, not all requests will be accommodated.
