Pandemic Coordination

This page provides public documents and meeting information for stakeholders during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. It includes public information for state officials and regulators, as well as the Operations Pandemic Coordination Team (OPCT), and hosts materials discussed on the weekly coronavirus update calls.

Current Status

  • Beginning Jan. 4, PJM is requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for employees, contractors, vendors, members and other stakeholders who come on the PJM campus or attend PJM events on or off campus.
  • PJM still expects to begin holding stakeholder meetings at PJM’s Valley Forge campus during the first quarter of 2022, starting with the Members Committee and Markets & Reliability Committee. A virtual attendance option will remain available for all stakeholder meetings. More details will be shared once details have been finalized.
  • The PJM Annual Meeting of Members will be broken into two events in the spring and fall of 2022. The May 2022 meeting will take place at the PJM Conference and Training Center, and the fall meeting will take place at a to-be-determined location.
  • Business travel for PJM employees, which has been restricted since January 2020, will resume in the first quarter of 2022. The vaccine requirement applies to PJM business travel as well.
  • In-person operator training will resume with the Spring PJM Operator Seminar, which runs from March 7, 2022, to May 13, 2022. There will be a vaccination requirement to attend in person.
