Ms. Riley oversees the largest power grid in North America and the largest electricity market in the world. She has served on the PJM Board of Managers since 2005.

Ms. Riley most recently served as chief financial officer for Eastern Outfitters, LLC (formerly Vestis Retail Group, LLC). Previously, she was the executive vice president of Finance and Administration of The Children's Place. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president and CFO for Abercrombie & Fitch Company; senior vice president and CFO for Mount Sinai Medical Center of New York; vice president and treasurer for Colgate-Palmolive Company; executive vice president and CFO for Dial Corporation; and senior vice president and CFO for Tambrands, Inc. She was previously a certified public accountant.

Ms. Riley served as chair of the board for comScore, Inc. until March 2018 and served as a consultant through December 2018. She also served on the board for Essendant, Inc. as the chair of the Compensation and Audit committees until its sale in February 2019. She also served as a member of the board of trustees for The Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ms. Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.

Frederick S. “Stu” Bresler is responsible for all aspects of PJM’s market functions. His responsibilities cover all of the markets operated by PJM, including those for Capacity, Day-Ahead and Real-Time Energy, Ancillary Services, Financial Transmission Rights and Demand Response operations. Mr. Bresler is responsible for the continued evolution of PJM’s markets, including the integration of renewable resources and the development of analytics around the performance of those markets. An employee of PJM since 1994, Mr. Bresler previously held other leadership and management positions within the Markets Division, as well as engineering positions in the Operations Division.

Mr. Bresler earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a Master of Management in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Bresler is chair of the board of PJM Connext, Inc., a PJM subsidiary. Mr. Bresler is also chair of the board of APEx (the Association of Power Exchanges), an international organization of electricity and gas market operators, and a member of the board of directors of the North American Energy Standards Board and Habitat for Humanity of Chester County.

 

Michael Bryson

Mr. Bryson is responsible for PJM's Operations Division, including 24/7 transmission operations for real-time systems, which consist of scheduling, transmission dispatch and generation dispatch, reliability coordination and training, as well as the engineering analysis required to run the system and support the critical energy management systems.

Mr. Bryson is a member of the Consortium for Electric Reliability Technology Solutions and the ISO/RTO Operating Committee. He serves on the board of PJM Technologies, Inc. and PJM Repository Information Services, Inc. He also is currently serving on the board of Women’s Outreach in Phoenixville, Pa. Mr. Bryson was formerly on the board of directors of the ReliabilityFirst Corporation and the former chair of the board of Pope John Paul II High School.

Mr. Bryson has nearly 10 years of military experience as a pilot. His responsibilities in the United States Army included operations planning and support, supervision and training of pilots and mechanics, and training and maintenance of tactical computer systems. He was awarded the Bronze Star for Combat Service in Desert Storm.

Mr. Bryson earned a Bachelor of Science in general engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, focusing on computer science and electrical engineering, and has a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Mr. Bryson also earned a graduate certificate in power engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. O’Brien is responsible for all activities related to PJM’s Information Technology Services Division and its enterprise information security. He is also the executive sponsor of the PJM Diversity & Inclusion Council. Additionally, Mr. O’Brien sits on the board of PJM Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of PJM, and on the Eastern Interconnection Data Sharing Network Board of Directors.

Mr. O’Brien is an energy professional with more than 30 years of broad experience in all aspects of the electricity industry. Previously, Mr. O’Brien was employed by GPU Energy and First Energy Solutions, leading and participating in deregulation, energy trading and system operations activities.

 

Nora Swimm

Ms. Swimm has responsibility for all corporate business support services. In her role, Ms. Swimm oversees business planning, campus/facilities oversight and enhancements, client services (help desk), corporate communications and human resources. Ms. Swimm also oversees social responsibility for the organization.

Having joined PJM in May 2001, Ms. Swimm was responsible for PJM's information services activities, including the creation of information architecture and infrastructure, as well as the development of new internet-based applications as PJM markets expanded.

Ms. Swimm is on the board of the American Association of People with Disabilities and Philabundance, the largest hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia region.

Prior to joining PJM, she held management positions in Information Technology at General Electric Aerospace, where she supported the Manufacturing and Finance divisions for Space Craft Operations.

 

Craig Glazer

Mr. Glazer coordinates all of PJM's regulatory and legislative policies before Congress, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the United States Department of Energy and other federal agencies. He also serves on the board of PJM Settlement, Inc., which undertakes all of the settlement functions of the PJM marketplace and serves as PJM’s representative to the International Energy Agency and the Eastern Interconnection Planning Collaborative.

Prior to coming to PJM, Mr. Glazer served as commissioner and chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio throughout the 1990s. During this period, Mr. Glazer served in a leadership role to facilitate Ohio’s move toward restructuring the state’s telephone, natural gas, transportation and electric industries. He also chaired the state's siting board and served as a member of the governor's cabinet. Mr. Glazer also served on the board of trustees of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and chaired its International Relations Committee.

Mr. Glazer frequently interacts with Congress, the Administration, the Department of Energy and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on electricity and natural gas issues, including wholesale market development, reliability and environmental issues affecting the electric industry.

Mr. Keech oversees the conduct of all of the wholesale markets operated by PJM, including those for Capacity, Day-Ahead and Real-Time Energy, Ancillary Services and Financial Transmission Rights. He is also responsible for PJM’s market efficiency transmission upgrade process, market surveillance initiative, and the applied innovation area that focuses on evaluating, leveraging and supporting the implementation of advanced solutions in the planning, markets and operations areas. Keech has worked for PJM since 2003 in both market and system operations roles.

Mr. Keech earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers University in 2002 and earned a master’s degree in applied statistics from West Chester University in 2013.

 

Christopher O’Hara

Mr. O’Hara is responsible for PJM’s legal operations, including all of the company’s regulatory, litigation and commercial needs. He provides legal counsel and strategic advice to PJM’s senior management team and assists in the creation of legal and regulatory strategies, as well as the execution of the regional transmission organization’s objectives.

Before joining PJM in 2017, Mr. O’Hara had extensive in-house and private law firm experience in the energy field. He has represented a diverse spectrum of energy sector clients, including municipalities, cooperatives, industrials and other market participants, in all aspects of their businesses.

Mr. O’Hara has served on the board of the North American Energy Standards Board and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Texas.

 

 

Kenneth S. Seiler

Mr. Seiler leads PJM’s System Planning Division. Mr. Seiler is responsible for all activities related to resource adequacy planning, generation interconnection planning, interregional planning and transmission planning, including the development of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

While at PJM, he has served in various management roles in system operations and information technology, in addition to system planning.

Mr. Seiler is on the board of directors for the Philadelphia Education Fund, which is the largest and most comprehensive provider of college access and career success programming in the city – offering services and resources targeting students, teachers, schools and the larger Philadelphia community. He is also on the board of PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc.

Prior to joining PJM, Mr. Seiler worked for Metropolitan Edison Company/General Public Utilities for nearly 14 years in various operations and engineering roles. Mr. Seiler earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
