On May 19, 2025, in Docket No. ER25-2038-001, PJM filed an amendment to its April 25, 2025 filing of PJM and Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (MISO) (together the RTOs), proposed revisions to the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) between PJM and MISO. PJM filed the amendment to correct discrepancies and to reconcile PJM’s and MISO’s proposed revisions. MISO submitted a simultaneous filing, in Docket No. ER25-2040-001, correcting their discrepancies in its own version of the JOA. The RTOs asks for the effective date of June 25, 2025, as previously requested.
